本服務條款（以下稱「本條款」）適用於你使用 jubilees.life（以下稱「本網站」）。本網站由源泉科技有限公司（Rejoicing fountain LTD.，統一編號 50783302，以下稱「本公司」）經營。使用本網站即表示你已閱讀並同意本條款；若你不同意，請停止使用本網站。

本網站提供本公司的介紹、服務說明、作品案例，以及聯絡表單。網站上的資訊僅供一般參考，不構成要約或保證；實際的服務內容、費用與時程，以雙方書面確認的報價或合約為準。

These terms of use (the "Terms") apply to your use of jubilees.life (the "Site"), operated by Rejoicing fountain LTD. (源泉科技有限公司, Tax ID 50783302, "we", "us"). By using the Site you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site introduces our company, services and case studies, and offers a contact form. Information on the Site is for general reference only and is not an offer or a guarantee. The actual scope, fees and timeline of any work are set out in a quote or contract confirmed in writing by both sides.
2. Intellectual property
The text, images, design and code of the Site, and the names and logos "源泉科技" and "Rejoicing Fountain", belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Client names, trademarks and screens shown in case studies belong to their owners and are shown with permission. Except for fair use permitted by law, please do not copy, adapt, distribute, publicly transmit or commercially use them without our written consent.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- use it in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- interfere with its operation or get around its security measures (including the bot check and rate limits);
- scrape its content or submit forms in bulk by automated means;
- impersonate anyone or provide false information;
- send malware, spam or other unlawful or inappropriate content.
We may restrict access for anyone who breaks these rules, to the extent necessary.

When you send us information through the contact form, please make sure it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it (for example, when you write on behalf of a company). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be submitted to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
