AI 導入不是買一套新系統，而是把 AI 放進你每天的工作裡。常見的做法包括：整理與分類客戶訊息或來信、從報價單或表單擷取資料、依公司資料草擬回覆，以及把會議或文件整理成摘要。我們負責評估、串接、測試與教育訓練，讓同事真的用得上。

使用的技術

我們使用 Claude 等大型語言模型的 API，搭配你現有的系統串接；資料的搬運與觸發則常與自動化工作流導入一起規劃。導入步驟可以參考我們的文章中小企業導入 AI 與自動化的 5 個步驟。

合作前可以先準備什麼

  • 列出團隊每天或每週重複做、最花時間的幾項工作。
  • 每項工作的大致流程：資料從哪裡來、誰處理、結果交給誰。
  • 幾份實際的範例資料，例如常見的客戶提問、報價單或表單，敏感內容可先遮蔽。
  • 哪些資料不能送到外部服務，以及公司對資料保存的要求。
  • 一位熟悉流程、能參與測試與回饋的同事。

上線之後

AI 的表現會隨資料與使用情況改變，上線後我們會觀察處理紀錄、收集同事回饋，調整提示與規則，確認效果穩定後再考慮擴大到下一個流程。

What this service covers

AI integration is not buying a new system; it is putting AI into the work you already do. Typical uses: sorting and classifying customer messages or emails, extracting data from quotes or forms, drafting replies from your company’s own information, and summarising meetings or documents. We handle the assessment, integration, testing and staff training, so the team actually uses it.

How we work

We learn your workflows first, then pick one task that is repetitive, has clear rules and where mistakes are manageable, run a small pilot and expand step by step. Important steps such as outgoing replies or anything involving amounts keep a human check, and results are logged so they can be reviewed and tuned. We also explain which data goes to the AI service and how it is handled, so you decide with full information. We meet in person in Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan and Keelung, and work online with clients elsewhere in Taiwan.

Technology

We use the APIs of large language models such as Claude, connected to your existing systems; moving data and triggering steps is often planned together with workflow automation. For the steps involved, see our article 5 steps for SMEs adopting AI and automation.

What to prepare before we start

  • A list of the repetitive tasks that take your team the most time each day or week.
  • The rough flow of each: where the data comes from, who handles it and who gets the result.
  • A few real examples, such as common customer questions, quotes or forms, with sensitive details masked.
  • Which data must not go to outside services, and your data retention requirements.
  • One colleague who knows the process and can take part in testing and feedback.

After launch

AI results change with the data and how it is used. After launch we review the logs, collect feedback from your team and tune prompts and rules, and only move on to the next process once results are stable.

What affects the cost
