這項服務包含什麼

很多公司的日常工作，其實是在不同系統之間搬資料：把表單內容複製到試算表、把電商訂單輸入 ERP、每週手動整理報表、看到新訊息再轉告同事。自動化工作流就是讓這些步驟自動完成，例如新訂單進來時自動更新庫存表並通知負責人，或每天早上自動寄出前一天的銷售摘要。

我們怎麼做

使用的技術

上線之後

自動流程依賴各系統的介面，系統改版或欄位調整時流程可能需要更新。我們會保留流程說明文件，並可另行約定監控與維護，讓流程長期穩定運作。

What this service covers

A lot of daily work is moving data between systems: copying form entries into a spreadsheet, typing online orders into the ERP, building the weekly report by hand, passing new messages on to a colleague. Workflow automation does these steps for you, for example updating the stock sheet and alerting the right person when a new order arrives, or emailing yesterday’s sales summary every morning.

Who it is for

  • Teams that enter the same data into two or three systems.
  • Companies where missed messages or forgotten spreadsheet updates cause mistakes.
  • Businesses on Google Workspace, LINE, an ERP or an e-commerce back office that want them to work together.

How we work

We map the current process together: where data comes from, who touches it and where it ends up, and find the slowest or most error-prone steps. Then we design the automated flow with human checkpoints where judgement is needed and error alerts so you know immediately if something stops. After launch we monitor and tune it, and update it when your systems change. We meet in person in Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan and Keelung, and work online with clients elsewhere in Taiwan.

Technology

We use tools such as n8n and Make, or build custom API integrations when more flexibility is needed. Common connections include Gmail, Google Sheets and Calendar, LINE Official Accounts, ERPs and e-commerce back offices. What to prepare before we start

  • A description of how the work is done today; talking it through or a rough flowchart is fine.
  • Which systems and spreadsheets are involved, and access to each.
  • Which steps go wrong most often or take the most time, and how errors are handled now.
  • Who will watch the error alerts and handle exceptions once it is automated.
  • One colleague who knows the process and can answer questions.

After launch

Automated flows depend on each system’s interface, so a system update or a changed field may need the flow adjusted. We leave documentation behind and can agree monitoring and maintenance separately, so the flow keeps running reliably.

What affects the cost

n8n、Make 和自建 API 要怎麼選？How do you choose between n8n, Make and custom APIs?

看流程複雜度、資料量與後續維護方式。簡單流程用現成工具較快；需要複雜邏輯或大量資料時，自建 API 較有彈性。我們會說明各自的取捨再建議。

It depends on complexity, data volume and how it will be maintained. Off-the-shelf tools are faster for simple flows; custom APIs are more flexible for complex logic or large volumes. We explain the trade-offs before recommending one.

系統沒有 API 也能自動化嗎？Can a system without an API be automated?

視情況而定。有些系統可以透過匯出檔案、Email 或其他方式銜接；我們會先評估可行的做法與限制，再提出建議。

Sometimes. Some systems can be linked through file exports, email or other routes; we assess what is feasible and its limits before recommending an approach.

自動流程壞掉怎麼辦？What happens if an automated flow breaks?

我們會設定錯誤通知，流程中斷時負責人會收到提醒；上線後的監控與維護可另行約定。
