我們怎麼做
先聊清楚使用者是誰、最重要的幾個功能是什麼，建議從核心功能做出第一版，上線後再依使用情況增加功能，避免一開始就做得太大。畫面設計確認後才開始開發，開發分階段交付，你可以在測試版上實際操作。台北、新北、桃園、基隆可約見面討論，其他地區線上合作。
使用的技術
多數專案使用 React Native 與 Expo，一套程式碼同時支援 iOS 與 Android，開發與維護成本較低；需要大量使用手機原生功能時，也可以用 Swift 開發 iOS 版本。後台與 API 依需求建置，並協助處理 App Store 與 Google Play 的開發者帳號、上架資料與審核溝通。如果你想用 LINE 讓客戶完成預約或會員綁定，也可以考慮LINE Bot 與 LIFF 開發，不需要另外下載 App。
合作前可以先準備什麼
- App 的使用者是誰：一般客戶、會員，還是公司內部同事。
- 最重要的三到五個功能，以及使用者最常做的操作。
- 目前相關資料存在哪裡，例如試算表、POS 或既有網站後台。
- 是否已有 Apple 與 Google 開發者帳號，沒有的話我們會協助申請。
- 參考的 App 或競品，以及你希望做得不一樣的地方。
上線之後
手機系統每年都會更新，App 需要跟著調整才能穩定運作與持續上架。我們建議依使用者回饋規劃後續版本，維護範圍與費用可另行約定。

What this service covers
We build iOS and Android apps for customers or for your own staff. Common features are sign-up and login, bookings and scheduling, points or member cards, push notifications, order lookups and the admin panel behind them. One team handles everything from the first scope to store submission and later releases.

- Companies whose field or store staff need to report or look things up on their phones.
- Teams that already have a website or system and want a mobile app on top of it.
How we work
We start by agreeing who the users are and which few features matter most. We usually recommend shipping a first version with the core features, then adding more based on real use instead of building everything up front. Development starts after the screens are approved, and you try each stage on a test build. We meet in person in Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan and Keelung, and work online with clients elsewhere in Taiwan.
Technology
Most projects use React Native with Expo: one codebase for iOS and Android, which keeps build and maintenance costs down. When an app leans heavily on native phone features, we can build the iOS version in Swift. We build the back end and APIs you need and help with developer accounts, store listings and review. If customers could book or link their membership inside LINE instead, consider LINE Bot and LIFF development, with no download required.
What to prepare before we start
- Who the users are: customers, members or your own staff.
- The three to five most important features and what users will do most often.
- Where the related data lives today, such as spreadsheets, a POS or an existing website back end.
- Whether you have Apple and Google developer accounts; if not, we help you register.
- Reference or competitor apps, and what you want to do differently.
After launch
Phone operating systems update every year, and apps need adjusting to keep working and stay in the stores. We plan later releases around user feedback; maintenance scope and cost are agreed separately.
What affects the cost

一定要同時做 iOS 和 Android 嗎？Do we have to launch on both iOS and Android?
不一定。使用 React Native 時雙平台共用大部分程式碼，多數客戶會一起上架；若使用者集中在單一平台，也可以先做一個。
Not necessarily. With React Native most of the code is shared, so most clients launch on both; if your users are mostly on one platform, we can start there.

建議以你的公司名義申請 Apple 與 Google 開發者帳號，App 就屬於你的公司；我們協助申請與送審。
We recommend registering the Apple and Google developer accounts in your company’s name, so the app belongs to you. We help with registration and submission.
上線後還需要維護嗎？Does an app need maintenance after launch?
需要。手機系統每年更新，App 也要跟著調整才能持續上架。維護範圍與費用可另行約定，包括錯誤修正、系統相容更新與小幅功能調整。
Yes. Phone operating systems change every year and apps need updates to stay in the stores. Maintenance is agreed separately: bug fixes, compatibility updates and small feature changes.
