使用的技術

前端使用 Next.js 與 React，頁面速度快，對搜尋引擎友善；內容管理使用 Payload CMS，讓你自己就能更新文字、圖片與文章，不必每次都等工程師。需要串接表單通知、金流或物流服務時，我們會依實際需求評估與串接。如果你也想讓表單資料自動進入試算表或通知同事，可以搭配自動化工作流導入。

合作前可以先準備什麼

  • 網站的主要目的：讓客戶認識你、留下詢問、預約，或是招募人才。
  • 目標客群是誰，以及他們最常問你的幾個問題。
  • 公司介紹、服務項目、作品或產品照片等現有素材，不完整也沒關係。
  • 兩三個你喜歡或覺得好用的網站，說明喜歡的地方。
  • 如果已經有網站，請準備網域與主機的登入資訊，方便評估改版或搬遷。

上線之後

網站上線只是開始。我們建議定期更新內容、觀察哪些頁面帶來詢問，再逐步調整。維護服務可依需求另行約定，包括錯誤修正、套件更新與小幅修改。

What this service covers

Most of what we build are company and brand websites: a clear explanation of your services, your work or products, and an easy way to get in touch. When needed we add member logins, booking or quote forms, internal admin systems, or redesign and speed up an existing site.

  • Small and mid-sized businesses with no website yet, or one that has not been updated in years.
  • Teams that change content often but need a developer for every edit.
  • Companies that want form submissions, leads or orders in a system instead of scattered across inboxes.

How we work

We start with a free consultation about your audience and what the site needs to achieve, agree on the page structure and features, then send an itemised quote and schedule. Screens are approved before development, the build is delivered in stages, and before launch we check phones and desktops, forms, and SEO basics such as titles, descriptions and the sitemap. We meet in person in Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan and Keelung, and work online with clients elsewhere in Taiwan.

Technology

We build with Next.js and React for fast, search-friendly pages, and Payload CMS so you can update text, images and articles yourself. Form notifications, payment or shipping services are integrated when your project needs them. To send form data straight to a spreadsheet or a colleague, pair the site with workflow automation.

What to prepare before we start

  • The main goal of the site: introducing you, collecting enquiries, taking bookings or hiring.
  • Who your audience is and the questions they ask you most.
  • Existing material such as a company profile, service list, and photos of work or products; it does not need to be complete.
  • Two or three websites you like, and what you like about them.
  • If you already have a site, the domain and hosting logins so we can assess a redesign or move.

After launch

Launch is the start, not the end. We suggest updating content regularly, watching which pages bring in enquiries and adjusting from there. Maintenance such as bug fixes, package updates and small changes can be agreed separately.

What affects the cost

Cost depends mostly on the number of pages, how custom the design is, whether you need member or admin features, who prepares the content, and which outside services we connect. You usually know your company, services and photos best, so you provide them. We supply the page structure and writing guidance, and can help edit the copy.

上線後我們可以自己改內容嗎？Can we edit the site ourselves after launch?

可以。網站使用 Payload CMS 管理內容，文字、圖片與文章都能自己更新，交付時會說明操作方式。

Yes. Content is managed in Payload CMS, so you can update text, images and articles yourself. We walk you through it at handover.

網域與主機由誰持有？Who owns the domain and hosting?

建議網域與主機帳號以你的公司名義申請，我們協助設定；程式碼與帳號的歸屬會在報價或合約中寫清楚。

We recommend registering the domain and hosting accounts in your company’s name, and we help set them up. Ownership of code and accounts is spelled out in the quote or contract.

上線後有維護服務嗎？Do you offer maintenance after launch?

有。可依需求另行約定維護，例如錯誤修正、系統與套件更新、主機監控與小幅調整，範圍與費用依雙方約定。

Yes. Maintenance is agreed separately as needed, such as bug fixes, system and package updates, hosting monitoring and small changes.
